Any Special Order Items are FINAL SALE.. There are NO Returns, Exchanges, and Credit on the Order. Please VERIFY before approving.
Given the nature and procedure of countertops NO TWO PIECES will be EXACTLY the same. If peninsulas and perimeters are to be installed together please order from the same batch to reach the maximum possible match of shade.
Once countertops leave the store there is NO RETURN of the products. Any other products MUST be returned within 7 Days of the invoice date unopened and in their ORIGINAL package showing NO scratches/damages.
A 3% fee is ADDED to the grand total when paid with Credit Card, Quickbooks[email], and Over the Phone. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a product is NOT in stock, and there is no E.T.A on new arrival, we can ATTEMPT to Special Order the product with a supplier at an EXTRA CHARGE [shipping]. Special Orders USUALLY takes 4-7 business days for arrival after the PAYMENT date.
